Shipping Policies
At Mythical Magical, we take great care in ensuring that your jewelry and clothing purchases are shipped to you in a timely and efficient manner. Our shipping policies are designed to provide you with the best possible experience when receiving your items.
Shipping Jewelry
We offer free shipping on all jewelry orders to most countries. However, please note that there are a small number of countries where we are unable to ship or where we have to charge for shipping due to carrier restrictions (e.g. South Africa).

Shipping Clothing
For clothing orders, we primarily ship from the USA. Shipping to most locations within the US is free of charge. However, for international shipping, we do charge for shipping at carrier rates. The cost will be calculated for you at checkout. We also offer expedited shipping options for your convenience.
Shipping Speed
For items that are in stock, we strive to ship them out the next day. We typically use UPS or USPS for most orders. If your order qualifies for free shipping, we will choose the most suitable shipping method between UPS and USPS. Please note that for free shipping, we require a physical address for delivery instead of a PO Box.
International Shipping
When shipping internationally, it is important to note that all fees and charges levied by Customs and Duty are the responsibility of the customer. We ensure that all items sold and distributed by us are legal for sale and distribution. However, it is the customer's responsibility to understand and comply with local, regional, and national laws regarding the purchase of our items. Customers are solely responsible for any packages lost, destroyed, or any legal action resulting from the purchase of items that may be illegal in their country or region.
Refused Shipments
In the event that you decide to refuse any shipments from us, please be aware that you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges incurred on both the original and return shipments, as well as the cost of returning the package to us. These amounts will be deducted from any refund that may be issued.
